How do I know I am ordering the correct part?

What should I do if my machine is not reading the new imaging unit I purchased?
Occasionally a machine does not read the new imaging unit after installation. If you encounter this issue, turn off your machine. Wait 10 minutes, then turn your machine on and let it reinitialize. Now check what it says on the display. If it does not say "OK", turn the machine off again and wait 2 hours before restarting it.
