We offer free UPS Ground shipping for domestic orders over $99 USD (note: Not Valid with the use of any promotional codes or coupon codes). See our pricing matrix for transit times and shipping costs for orders under $99 USD within the USA.

We have fixed shipping rates per zones for Ground shipping.

UPS Ground Shipping Rates:
All USA Zones (excluding AK, HI and PR) = $14.99
2 - DAY Over Sized Items in USA Zones (excluding AK, HI and PR) = $75.00
Overnight/Next-Day & Oversized Items in USA Zones (excluding AK, HI and PR) = $100.00
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico = $45.00 minimum *** see below ***

EXPEDITED SHIPPING RATES
Overnight, 2-day and 3-day rates depend on the size of the order. You will be charged a default rate when placing your order. However, once your shipment is packaged and weighed the actual shipping cost is determined. If it exceeds the amount you were charged at checkout, we will contact you to let you know of the difference. Once we have your authorization to charge the additional shipping costs to your credit card, your order will ship.

We Ship On Your Account Number
CopierSupplyStore also ships on your UPS or FedEx account upon request.

We are unable to fulfill and ship orders addressed to P.O. boxes.
Please make sure to provide us with a physical street address to which we can ship your order.

You can inquire about Saturday Delivery, but 4:00 p.m. EST is still the shipping cut off time on Friday afternoon.

On certain holidays, we will be closed or open for only a half-day. On these occasions your order will ship the next business day that we are opened.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day, unless it is a special order. Special orders will ship the day the item(s) arrives at our warehouse. If the items in your order are not all available in one of our warehouses and we have to split ship them, we will do our best to ship them the same day, as long as the order is placed prior to 1:00 p.m. EST. Otherwise, we will ship your order within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will ship on Monday.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
Ground shipping will take between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location and which of our warehouses we ship your order from. Please refer to the UPS graphics above for transit times.

HOW DO I GET MY ORDER TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number is automatically e-mailed to you once your order has shipped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY TRACKING NUMBER?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE BOX IS DAMAGED?
If your package is obviously damaged, decline accepting the package from the delivery driver. Or call the shipping carrier and submit a damaged-shipment claim. (You will have 5 days from the receiving date to file a damaged shipment claim with the carrier.) Be sure to get the name of the agent you speak with at the carrier, as well as a claim number. Then click here. to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from CopierSupplyStore.com.

What happens if my item is on BACKORDER?
It's simple, backordered items are non-refundable and usually take 7-14 business days. NOTE: Backordered items will be subjected to an additional shipping charge of $14.99 for GROUND.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ONE OR MORE ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Check the amount of tracking numbers on your packing slip. Verify that you have received ALL boxes and checked all of the packing material for small items. If you are still missing a product, click here

DO WE SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES, INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
Yes, we are happy to ship orders internationally via U.S. Postal Service. Minimum order amount of $250 is required for all international orders (orders under $250 will incur a $75 handling fee). A default shipping deposit of $75 USD ($45 USD to Canada) is collected at checkout. Once the order is packaged and weighed in our warehouse, we will be able to determine the actual cost of shipping. Should the actual cost exceed the amount of the shipping deposit, we will contact you for authorization prior to shipping. Please feel free to contact us directly to inquire about fees and alternative methods of international shipping. CopierSupplyStore.com assumes no responsibility for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duty fees associated with international shipping.

CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER COD?
No, we cannot ship any orders COD. Every order must be paid for by credit card or check before it is pulled from the shelves of our warehouse.

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED, BUT ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING INFORMATION, IT WAS SHIPPED
In some cases a package is lost by the carrier and never arrives. In this rare event, CopierSupplyStore.com will either re-ship your items or reimburse you for the cost of your order, IF we are notified within 30 days of the purchase date.

DOES COPIERSUPPLYSTORE.COM OFFER BLIND DROP SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer blind drop shipping. Please specify in the Notes section on the order page that we NOT include a packing slip with the shipment.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Call our corporate office (866-939-2244) immediately and let us know so we can correct this error. If you do NOT call us to correct the shipping information and the order is sent to the wrong address, you will be charged an additional $10.00. This is a UPS fee for delivering a package to the wrong address.
