We have fixed shipping rates per zones in the USA. Unless your package weighs over 10lbs (see below for weight matrix).
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING RATES
Please add all of your items to the cart and continue to the checkout page. Use the drop-down feature on the shipping line to see the Overnight, 2-day and 3-day rates. ***If your order is placed after 4pm EST Click Here for Business Hours, it will ship the following day. THERE ARE NO OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS ON WEEKENDS*** You can inquire about Saturday Delivery but 4:00pm is still the cut off time on Friday afternoon.

For certain holidays we will be closed or only opened for one half-day. Your order will ship the next business day that we are opened.

If you place an order before 4:00pm EST, it will ship the same day, unless it is a special order. Special Orders will ship the day they are received into our warehouse. Also, if you place an order and the items are in 2 different warehouse locations. We will do our best to ship them the same day as long as the order is placed before 1 pm EST. Otherwise, we will ship your order within 24 hours.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the same day if the order was placed before 4:00pm EST or the next business day if after 4:00pm EST. Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will ship on Monday.
How long will it take after my order ships?
Ground Shipping may take from 1 to 6 business days. All our orders are shipped from our Davie, Florida warehouse. East Coast customers won't have to wait the complete 6 business days. A customer in California, will probably have to wait 6 business days for the product to arrive UPS Ground.
How do I get my order tracking number?
The tracking number for your order is automatically emailed to you after it has shipped.
What should I do if my tracking number is not working?
Login to your account by clicking here.. Click PREVIOUS ORDERS and then verify your tracking number or just click it.

What should I do if the box is damaged?
If your package seems to have obvious damage when you receive it, tell the delivery driver you do want to except the package. Or you can call the shipping carrier and submit a damaged shipment claim. You will have 5 days from the date of receiving it to file a damaged claim. Make sure to get the agents name at the carrier when you speak to them and ask for a damaged claim file number. Then click here to get a RMA number.
What should I do if one or more of my items are missing from my order?
First check the amount of tracking numbers on the packing slip. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s) click here.
Do you ship to other countries?
We currently ship internationally, please call to inquire about cost. All bulk international orders will need to be done as a pre-payment wire transfer. Our default international shipping price is $75.00 USD, if the shipping costs are more than $75.00 we will contact you to inform you of additional costs. Also, the customer will pay all taxes, customs and duty charges. ***ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and NON-REFUNDABLE***
Can you send my order COD?
No, We cannot ship any orders COD. Every order is paid for by credit card or echeck before; it's pulled from the shelves in the warehouse.
My Package never arrived and it says that it has shipped.
In some cases, a package could be lost by the carrier and never arrive. CopierSupplyStore.com can either re-ship the items or reimburse you for the money if the package is claimed before 30 days after the date of purchase.
Do we offer Blind Drop Shipping?
Yes, please specify in the notes section on the order page not to include a packing slip.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what should i do?
First, call our corporate office and let us know about it. If you do NOT call us to update the shipping information you will be charged $10.00. This is a UPS fee for delivering a package to the wrong address. |
