Return Policy



CopierSupplyStore.com's website is governed by "Return Policy" and the "Terms of Use" as set forth below. Your use of the website CopierSupplyStore.com and placement of an order confirms your acceptance of and agreement with the "Return Policy" and the "Terms of Use". CopierSupplyStore.com reserves the right to make changes to this website and the Return Policy.
CopierSupplyStore.com promises the following to all of our Consumers:

2. To assist each and every consumer seeking to purchase toner or parts.

To request a refund for (Generic/Aftermarket) items
First email us and explain the reason for returning and be prepared to provide copies that are coming out of your machine. We will then issue a call tag to begin the process. Once we receive the item and it has been inspected, you will receive a credit within 24-48 hours or a explanation of why there will not be any refund.

There will be a 28% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees; unless the item is a (Aftermarket) or (Generic) product that is defective. If a refund is requested on (Generic) or (Aftermarket) items, we will inspect the parts to determine if a restocking fee applies. No opened products will be refunded, unless defective. This goes for (Generic/Aftermarket) items only.

To receive a refund the original item must be handled very carefully and re-packaged they way it was delivered. This means, the item being returned must be inside of another box for protection. If you do not do this, you will not receive any refund.


OEM Items:

**No OEM (Genuine) items can be returned unless it is unopened, a 28% restocking fee will apply. Please contact the OEM to receive a refund on defective items.

If you have a complaint regarding our product(s) that you have purchased, please email us the return request in writing or no refund will be credited.

If Product was Damaged in Transit: Contact the carrier immediately and begin filing a claim with them. CopierSupplyStore.com is not responsible for any damages that took place during shipping. Please comply with the carrier's procedures and rules of damaged claims. Make a record of the claim date and name of representative that you were dealing with at the carrier's company. If you need assistance dealing with the carrier please don't hesitate to ask us. We can send you replacement parts asap.
