What is a Printer?
A printer is a peripheral device that connects to a computer, laptop or server. The printer is used to print data, graphs, pictures and images from your device or camera. The image comes out onto a piece of paper for you to have a hardcopy that will last forever.

As reliable and efficient as most printers are, there will come a time when it makes more sense to upgrade your printer rather than spend the time and money to fix an older one. There are many things that contribute to a printer's decline but when the frustrations begin to mount and you are no longer getting the performance that you need from your home or business printer, it may be time to consider a new one.

Decreasing Productivity
If your printer is no longer delivering documents at the rate that it once was and the productivity of your staff is suffering because they are waiting for documents, it may be more cost-effective to replace your old printer with a newer model that can get the job done.

No matter which of these scenarios fits your situation, when the useful life of your printer is at an end, hop on the Internet and shop for a printer that will solve problems instead of creating them. You'll save money in the short term and a lot of money in the long term and besides, you don't like Larry from Accounting anyway.
