Can I order online and pick up locally?
For security purposes we do not allow "will call" or local pick up.

How fast do you guys ship?
Usually same day if the order comes in before 4PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) or the next business day depending on cut off time to our shipping carrier. Any other delays in shipping we will notify you.

What method of shipping do you guys use?
Depending on weight and order we usually use ship UPS/FEDEX/USPS or UPS Ground for Free Shipping methods. We also offer faster shipping methods like overnight and 2nd day during final checkout.

Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes. Once the order has be processed you will receive an email shipment confirmation or you can find it at our
Track My Order Page.

When will my order ship?
If you place an order before 5pm it will ship the same day, unless it is a special order. Special orders will ship when we receive them.

How much is it to ship my order?

Do we carry parts that are not on the website?
Yes, some parts are special ordered. Please email us or call to inquire. Please have your machines Manufacturer Name and Model Number handy.

I want to place my order offline, what should i do?
It's simple, goto the order form page and print it out on your home computer, then fax it to us. The fax number is at the bottom of the order form. Or you can mail it to us. Get the address here!

The online store provides you with the ability to search and sort between all manufacturers for copier toner, printer cartridges and fax machine toner. Even ink cartridges, printer toner, and copier replacement parts are easy to find and affordable. Please browse the website to find competitive pricing on all of our inventory. How do I re-order from past orders?
If you have placed orders online, you can login to your account to review the previous orders by clicking on the "PREVIOUS ORDERS" tab. If you choose to shop from here all of your contact information will automatically be filled out on the checkout page. You can even view faxed or called in orders inside your account. If you have lost any of your invoices or need a receipt, login and print.

How can I pay for items?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Business Checks and Wire Transfers). Please make sure that you are logged into your account when placing an order.

What are your shipping methods?
Orders will be shipped out the same day as purchased as long as the order was made before 4 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) via. UPS, FEDEX or US POSTAL.

How do I check out?
As you find items you would like to purchase; click in the quantity field below the "PRICE" and enter the quantity of items you're interested in purchasing, then click "+ ADD". Now Click "CHECKOUT" button once you are done shopping. You will now be on a secure (https) "SHOPPING CART" page, confirm item and quantities, then click "CONTINUE CHECKOUT". Now, you will be on the "CHECKOUT PAGE". Complete ALL EMPTY FIELDS ON THIS PAGE and click "CONFIRM ORDER" button at bottom of page. Please double check the shipping and billing METHOD before submitting. (Billing must be the address where your credit card statement is mailed to). Also, don't forget about HOW YOU HEARD ABOUT US.

What do I do if I can't log in to my account?
Please reset your password first by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of every page. The system will lock you out if you attempt to log in more than 3 times with the incorrect password. Reseting the password and double checking your email address will insure a speedy log in.

How long is a Special Order quote good for?
All special order quotes are good for 7 days from the request date.
