How do I know I am ordering the correct part?
There are thousands of parts in our inventory. Make sure to search by manufacturer name first, then choose the model of the machine you own.

When will my order ship?
If you place an order before 5pm it will ship the same day, unless it is a special order. Special orders will ship when we receive them.

How much is it to ship my order?
Please look at our shipping information page.

Can I pick up my order?
No, we do not allow customers to pickup there items. All items must be shipped.

Do we carry parts that are not on the website?
Yes, some parts are special ordered. Please email us or call to inquire. Please have your machines Manufacturer Name and Model Number handy.

Where can I find specials or coupon codes?
Subscribe to our mailing list at the top of the homepage. We email coupons out weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How do I redeem my CSS Rewards points?
It's easy, at checkout enter the amount of points you wish to use in the Rewards Redemption field. After you place the order your account will reflect the updated amount of points you have.

How do I return item(s)?
Just call 866-939-2244 and one of our customer service representatives will give you a current RMA #. Once you receive your RMA #, write the RMA # and Attention Returns on the box then; ship the item back to us at: 6114 N.W. 74th Ave., Miami, FL 33166

I want to place my order offline, what should i do?
It's simple, goto the order form page and print it out on your home computer, then fax it to us. The fax number is at the bottom of the order form.

The online store provides you with the ability to search and sort between all manufacturers for copier toner, printer cartridges and fax machine toner. Even ink cartridges, printer toner, and copier replacement parts are easy to find and affordable. Please browse the website to find competitive pricing on all of our inventory. You can even give us a call and one of our customer services representatives would be happy to find items for you. Your shopping cart is at the top of each page. When you checkout double check your shipping and billing address before completing the order.

It's easy to order items online but, if you don't like online forms call us. We can place your order over the phone. You can even fax orders to us if you wish. Download an Order Form and then fax it to:

How do I reorder from past orders?
If you have placed orders online, you can login to your account and review the previous orders by clicking on the order number. You can even view faxed or called in orders inside your account. If you lost any of your invoices or need a receipt, login and print anyone.

How can I pay for items?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and echecks. Please make sure that you are logged into your account when placing an order.

What are your shipping methods?
Orders will be shipped out the same day as purchased as long as the order was made before 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). UPS or FEDEX

How do I check out?
After chosing all of your items and placing them into the shopping cart, proceed to checkout. Click the My Account link at the top of the page. Then enter your shipping information, credit card or echeck information. Please double check the shipping and billing information before submitting. (Billing must be the place where your credit card statement is mailed to).

What do I do if I can't log in to my account?
Please reset your password first. The system will lock you out if you attempt to log in more than 3 times with the incorrect password. Reseting the password and double checking your username will insure a speedy log in.

How long is a Special Order quote good for?
All special order quotes are good for 7 days from the request date.
