Tips for Choosing the Right Copystar Toner
In order to produce the highest quality results for your reports, flyers, banners, sales letters, advertising material and internal documents, make sure that you choose the right Copystar toner for your model number. Make sure you are able to find the model number on your printer. This is typically located on the front of the machine. If you are unsure where to find the model number, consult your machine’s documentation.
Another way to ensure that you are using the correct Copystar toner is to keep the empty Copystar toner cartridge rather than discarding it. Use the part number on the old Copystar toner while ordering new Copystar toner or cartridges.
Also be sure to only use name brand Copystar toner. Never use generic toner or refilled cartridges. This practice, while ostensibly cost-effective, can actually lead to greater costs down the road.
